• Three-, four- or five-day per weekwalks at the same time each day (excluding holidays);

Because our V.I.P. Service is rate preferential, we have a specific V.I.P. cancellation policy. You may cancel an individual walk by calling our office by 9am the day of the walk; however, to receive account credit, you must cancel at least 5 consecutive days of visits under the V.I.P. program with at least two weeks’ notice. We have this policy in place to ensure you have the best, most motivated walker serving you by offering the walker a consistent work schedule.
