If you are a new client, we just ask you to visit our online registration and reservation system and provide us with some information. You may also download a quick reference guide with instructions on using our online reservation system below:

Once you register in our reservation system, you will receive an email from our Client Service Manager with our New Client Packet, which includes a few forms which must be completed and returned to our office before your registration is approved and service may begin and some information about our policies and procedures. If you do not have access to email or to get a head start on the registration process, you may download the New Client Packet:

Once we have your completed forms, we will arrange to have your dogwalker or petsitter come to your house to conduct an interview with you and your pets. At that time, your dogwalker will meet your pets and talk to you about specifics of your visit. We also ask that you provide two sets of house keys to your dogwalker at that time. One set will remain with your dogwalker and one set will be kept on file at our office.
