If you were not able to sign up for Tidy Tuesday this past week, I strongly urge you to sign up soon. For those of you who have not heard, Karing by Kristina has partnered with Chios Pet Grooming for Tidy Tuesdays. Every Tuesday from 9-5 Chios will be parked in front of Barkley Square to provide grooming services!

My Maltese, Lacy was long over due for a haircut. She is a bit of a tomboy, so I like to keep her hair short. Lacy is also a bit of, well, lets just say a challenge. She tends to think that the groomers of the world are out to get her and she likes to defend herself. From the moment Nery, the professional groomer, came to get her she seemed more at ease than ever before. I was suprised as I handed her off that she didn’t even growl at him.

When Lacy returned I was amazed at how white her fur was. Her cut was perfect and she smells delicious! Check out the photos below and be sure to sign up for Tidy Tuesday ASAP. Now that the secret is out, spots will fill up fast.

HELP!HELP! Oh please help me…tell me it isn’t so. I heard mommy talking to the man in the big white truck about coming to my store, Barkley Square and cleaning dogs! She told the man that I, little innocent Cocoa, sitting here in the sun right now, needed to have his nails cut!!! YIKES! Oh No!!! I don’t like it, I don’t like it!!! I need my nails so that I can dig in the couch to make the perfect spot to sleep in, I need my nails so when I have to potty in the middle of the night I can scratch mommies face to wake her up and mostly I need my nails, so I can scratch my itches!!!

Looks like its going to happen, she keeps telling all the people that come into the store about it, a lady signed up her Maltese yesterday. Maybe I can warn the little white fur ball when she comes in, I could distract her owner with my cuteness and she could make a break for it. I’ll think of something.

In the meantime, looks like the big white truck will be at Barkley Square every Tuesday from 9-5pm.

Oh, and if you haven’t heard already, my mommy got herself and me arrested for “good,” so, if you hounds and felines care anything about me, and I am sure you do, you will go to this site and GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!
